In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we were very thankful for the opportunities that were presented to us to serve during the month of November. We were able to provide for three organizations.
- Thrive Youth Center: We provided 16, 20lb turkeys and 30 boxes of assorted chocolates for the residents and staff members.
- Sarah Roberts French Home: 60 greeting cards that were either hand decorated or colored by volunteers and the children’s ministry program at Rockhills Church. Along with that, prizes were provided for games that the residents were scheduled to participate in on Thanksgiving Day.
- Church Under the Bridge: We provided enough pumpkin pies for 250 servings and 2,000 bottles of water.
